Ⅵ.결 론
본 연구는 류마티스 관절염 환자의 통증대처, 통증 및 우울정도간의 관계를 파악하여 통
증 대처방법이 우울을 감소시킬 수 있는 중재요인의 가능성을 확인하고자 시도되었다 본 연
구는 일대학병원의 류마티스 센타 외래에 내원한 류마티스 관절염 환자 214명을 대상으로
조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 대상자의 소극적 통증대처의 점수법위는 11-48점으로 평균 30.2점이었고 적극적 통증대
처는 7-33점으로 평균 18.6점 이었다. 통증의 점수범위는 4-390점으로 평균 213.5점이었으
며, 우울정도는 1-50점으로 평균 21.4점이었다.
2. 일반적 특성에 따른 통증 및 우울정도를 분석한 결과 통증정도는 연령(p=.05), 성별
(p=.03), 결혼상태(p=.006), 교육수준(p=.0003), 내원전 치료형태(P=.0009), 침범관절부위수
(p=.0001)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 우울정도는 성별(p=.024)과 교육수준(p=.003)에서
만 유의한 차이가 있었다.
3. 일반적 특성에 따른 통증 대처정도의 차이를 분석한 결과 소극적 통증대처 정도는 내원
전 치료형태 (p=.005)와 침범 관절부위수(p=.021)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 교육 수준
이 낮을수록(p=.076) 소극적 대처정도가 높은 경향을 보였다. 적극적 통증 대처정도는 교육
수준(p=.018)과 침범관절 부위수(p=.011)에 따라 유의 한 차이가 있었다.
4. 대상자의 소극적 통증대처와 통증정도는 유의한 순상관(r=.475), 적극적 통증대처와 통증
정도는 유의한 역상관(r= .296)으로 나타났다. 소극적 통증대처와 우울정도는 유의한 순상
관(r=.425), 적극적 통증대처와 우울정도는 유의한 역상관(r= .299)으로 나타났다.
This study has done for the purpose of investigation among the degrees of pain
coping strategies, pain, and depression of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The
subjects of this study were 214 patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The data
were collected from september 4 to 16, 1995 by questionnaires. The data were analysed
by the use of frequency, t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, ANOVA, and Duncan
test.
The results Were as follows;
1. The mean score of paln was 213.5(range ; 4-390) and that of depression was 21.4
(range ; 1-50). The mean score of passive pain coping strategies was 30.2(range :11-48)
and that of active pain coping strategies was 18.6(range : 7-33)
2. The passive pain coping degree showed a positive correlation with the pain degree
(r=.475, p=.0001) and the active pain coping degree showed a Inversive correlation with
that (r= .296, p=.0001). The passive pain coping degree showed a positive correlation
with the depression degree (r=.425, p=.0001) and the active pain coping degree showed a
inversive correlation with that(r= .299, p=.0001).The pain degree showed a positive
correlation with the depression degree (r=.374, p=.0001).
